WordPress, WooCommerce, and Moodle repeat the same database queries on every request. Redis holds those results in memory so they never touch MySQL twice. On database-heavy logged-in pages — carts, dashboards, member areas, course pages — this is usually the single largest server-side improvement available, because it removes the file-locking and query overhead that page caching cannot touch.

Business Email
Real mailboxes on your own domain, on infrastructure built for mail.
We keep mail on storage provisioned for mail rather than sharing your site's NVMe, which is why we can give every mailbox 25 GB without charging web-tier storage prices for it. Outbound mail leaves on a separate IP from your websites, so a busy site cannot affect your sending reputation and a mail issue cannot affect your sites.

Your own IP, isolated from every other customer on the platform.
Most sites are well served by a shared IP. A dedicated one is worth it when you need an IP allowlisted by a partner or payment processor, you send high-volume mail and want reputation you fully control, or a compliance requirement calls for it. We will tell you honestly if you do not need one.

WordPress Care
We own your plugin, theme, and core updates — including the rollbacks.
Unapplied updates are the most common way a WordPress site gets compromised, but applying them blind is how sites break. We stage every update, take a restore point first, apply it, and check the site afterward. If something breaks, we roll it back and tell you what happened.

Redis object caching is included at no extra cost on the Professional and Agency plans, so it only appears as a paid add-on if you are on Essential. If you are weighing the add-on against moving up a tier, the tier is usually the better value once you need two or more of these — and we will point that out rather than selling you both.
On a dedicated cloud VM, Redis and additional storage are configured as part of the build at no separate charge.
